Wine & Dine With A Kick of Spice
Unlike the other Mr Biryani outlets, this new venture throws a bold curveball, serving up Indian cuisine with a variety of alcoholic beverages. From cocktails to wines and whiskey, the restaurant aptly lives up to its slogan: “Wine and Dine with a kick of spice.”
It was interesting to see Indian wines, such as the Fratelli MS Red blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc and Shiraz, on their wine list. Gin mixed with coriander, honey, ginger, and topped with a fluffy cloud of coconut foam, their cocktail “SiglapCoast View” bartender Karan, was a refreshing tropical sensation.
